About Therapy
It is an astounding and sometimes overwhelming time to be alive on this planet! While many of us spend so much time in front of a screen, behind a desk, or on a phone, we might wonder how we became so disconnected from the world and people around us. We are inundated with messages to go faster! buy more! achieve!, but also to meditate! be mindful! simplify! How can we slow down and find the connection that we long for while maintaining (or re-imagining) our 21st-century ideals?
Therapy is a great place to begin the conversation and make that first step toward connection, calm, and coping. I offer a safe, quiet space to explore your true self, learn new skills to help you connect with your partner or other loved ones, and find the courage to forge a new path toward the life you've always wanted. I am supportive, compassionate, open-minded, and culturally sensitive, and I welcome the LGBTQIA community, non-traditional families, those in open or otherwise non-traditional relationships, and all variations of human.

About Me
I was born in the hot Arizona desert and have enjoyed the cool, seasonal changes of Denver since 2016. I have been married for 10 years and we have a 8-year-old daughter together. I enjoy traveling, hiking, going to the farmer's market, and spending time with friends and family. I have had a life rich with experience and have endured my share of tough times. I was drawn to become a therapist after my own positive experience in therapy. Therapy helped me see how our struggles connect us- and how practices of connection, identification, and validation can be the secret ingredients to a happy life. I am honored to do the work I do and I am always struck by the hope and courage that my clients bring into the room. I truly look forward to connecting with you.
